Location is ideal being right on the beach with on-site bars and restaurants, gorgeous waterfall pool and lush tropical gardens.

Meagan at the cabana bar is beautiful and made me a delicious drink. Ask her for a half margarita, half mojito, so good! Her personality is also top notch. The food here is good. I got a burger. Can’t ask for much more from a beach bar. I hope to see Meagan again soon!

The hotel itself is pretty good for an older property and has all the amenities you need (bar, restaurant, beach bar, gift shop, comfortable beds. However, two issues that were slightly annoying. When we got in, at 3 in the morning after many flight delays, the system had been shut down and we had to wait 10 minutes for it to come back up for us to check in. Next, our room was not cleaned after our first night. So, no fresh towels and no coffee for the next day.

Go see Mike Brewer at Tripp Tide!! He is so personable! He has the most attractive baldhead I have ever seen in my life! My friend brought her friends here for her birthday, and he acted like we hired him specifically to take care of us! Wonderful customer service, and a really good time!

Aaron was the best bartender we’ve ever had. Charismatic and entertaining. He kept our entire group coming back to the mojito bar for the whole day during a bachelorette party !! He deserves a large raise! Sincerely , Daphne, Wanda, Bridget, and Lila
