There is a private beach outside the hotel and the lazy river downstairs. On the second day of staying in the clear sky, go directly to the sea, and then lie on the lifebuoy and drift slowly in the lazy river when you are tired. This is the correct way to start the holiday.

The hotel has NO SIGN by the entrance!!! Kept passing up the hotel drive because of the construction. 10.00 a day to park after talking to the parasail company that is not normal. Food was okay. Hard to find normal food that’s not seafood. Tiki bar was amazing. You can use the hotel pool next door…it wasn’t heated. Hiltons pool wasn’t warm but I think it was heated. Blood or pizza in the curtains. Grossed me out my first day. The heater/air conditioner stopped working so I was cold the past 2 days. 2 days here and I couldn't even get my bed made or fresh towels.No room service. Staff was great but I will not stay at a Hilton again. Went to school for hospitality management. Worked at a Marriott for a few years always thought Hilton was better..boy was I wrong. Very disappointed. Again staff was great that’s about all I can say that was nice. Plan on tipping everywhere you go. This place is a tourist trap. To go to margaritaville to just EAT it’s 20.00 to park. Close to boardwalk, and pier another thing going for the place.

This place is great!!! Great food morning and night; friendly and helpful people; comfy room!!! I would have given it 5 stars, but they must update their beds…they are as hard as my head. But as I said, they were helpful and provided something to make it a bit better!! We enjoyed our stay!!!

Hotel and staff were absolutely perfect! Truly enjoyed our time there! The *only* thing I would change is the bed. It was so uncomfortable. I hope in the future they can be replaced with much more comfortable beds, then it'd be amazing. Thank you for the stay, it was a wonderful trip!
