This business realizes that it is in the service industry!! We were so well looked after, even without a reservation. Carol welcomed us immediately and went out of her way to arrange a kitchenette for us, for a week. The large rooms were newly renovated, very clean, good mattress, well supplied kitchen utensils and good WiFi. It is conveniently situated on the main highway, but set back, to minimize any traffic noise. This gem is just outside the wonderful little town of Oliver. Carol was always available for help, advise or just a chat, to make our vacation a great memory.

Room was not clean as indicated by reviews on-line. Bathroom was horrendous which staff explained was due to an oversight and someone was sent to clean after we brought it to their attention but floor and fixtures still felt sticky after “cleaning”. We spent 1 night only and asked for refund on other 2 nights that were booked but request was denied.

The check in was terrible, waited 1.5 hours for someone to show up. Towels had a musky odor, when we stepped into the shower we left black footprints in the tub from walking on the floor. First morning there was a trickle of water and not enough pressure to activate the shower head, after washing and conditioning my hair with the trickle from the faucet, the water pressure increased and I was able to use the shower head. Next day, head fully shampooed and water shuts off completely. Waited at least five minutes for water to come back on. One evening there was partying going on, still laughing and loud talking at 1:00 a.m.
