Okazaki New Grand Hotel Reviews

The hotel was a little old, but it was clean and beautiful, and the large public bath was good. In the middle bath, there were only 3 seats in the washing area. It would have been nice if there was a vending machine near the bathhouse.

去日本看樱花，特地定了岡崎城附近的酒店。 房间11个平方，早餐自助餐还不错。 出去就是岡崎城和夜市，非常方便。

離東岡崎站有點距離步行大概15分鐘是這個酒店，其他都非常不錯，早飯相對其他酒店品種非常多很不錯，大浴場可以看到岡崎城！

都挺好，看着岡崎城泡温泉，愜意。

東岡崎駅からは少し歩きますが、岡崎城に近く、隣に乙川があり、いいロケーションにあるホテルです。 今回は、雨模様でしたが、晴れていたらきっと最高のホテルの一つだと思います。

It was a very convenient and convenient accommodation. The staff's response was also very quick and helpful. The view from the public bath after waking up in the morning was so beautiful that I wanted to try it at night next time. My hotel was within easy reach of making a reservation for the ramen restaurant I wanted to go to, so I was very grateful that I could wake up in the morning, make a reservation, and then get ready. I would definitely like to use it again the next time I go sightseeing in Okazaki.

The facility seemed old, but it was well-maintained and clean. I ate out both in the morning and at night, so I don't know what the hotel restaurant was like. I thought the large public bath on the upper floor was nice, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. My bath-loving friend who accompanied me gave up on taking a bath because the morning bath time was short. I thought the view of Okazaki Castle and Otokawa from the castle view room was pretty good. A friend from Okazaki told me that hotels for the summer fireworks festival were fully booked, so I gave up. It was quiet.

お部屋はしっかりと清掃されていて、新しくはないものの清潔な印象でした。また、従業員の方の対応も丁寧で良かったです。 8階のお部屋に泊まらせていただきました。 その日だけかもしれませんが、一晩中窓に風が吹きつける音がして眠れませんでした。

二度目の宿泊。場所が気に入っています。 チェックイン時の中年の男性が感じ悪かった。 「二度目の宿泊です。」との私の言葉を遮って浴場の説明をされていました。慇懃無礼。 その後小さい浴室でお会いしたおばさん（多分従業員）に「こんな不便な所へようこそ！」と言っていただき、おもてなしの心を感じました。 接客について考えさせられた宿泊でした。

お風呂からの岡崎城はライトアップ🏯されて綺麗で、翌日朝ごはんの時はまた目の前に大きな岡崎城が全面に見えて、乙川沿いも散歩🚶‍♀️出来たりと良いところだと思います。 岡崎城や菅生神社目当てでしたら、最高のホテルだと思います。 東岡崎駅からは歩くと少し遠いですが。
