Overall our stay was good. However, there was a problem with the HVAC unit which we reported to management. Nothing was ever done to resolve the issue. Fortunately, it didn’t cause a problem.

Booked a King room and they double booked the room. Ended up with a double queen room. Attempted to switch to correct room and they gave me 15 minutes to change rooms and I was in a conference. Breakfast was not cold and bland.

We had Rhode our Harley’s from Key West and saw the Harley riders welcome sign at the hotel.Patty at the front desk was awesome and checked us in quickly. A couple ice cold beers in the crystal clear pool was a perfect day closer. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was not just cereal but fresh cooked eggs and bacon.I stay at allot of Best Westerns this one was my favorite so far.

The hotel room itself was decent. The room & shower seemed to have been was updated. The room was pretty clean. However, the faucet for the sink sprayed everywhere. Bed was ok minus the squeaks it would make when I’d roll over. Remote worked half the time for the tv. We could smell **** smoke and charcoal smoke from the neighbor below us. They don’t have enough parking for all of their guests. Most of the time we had to park in the gravel lot behind the hotel. We had a *lovely* wake up call from our neighbor hacking and coughing at 5am. every morning. I definitely would not recommend anyone staying with their kids at this hotel. If you are a single dude looking for somewhere to stay. This is up your alley. Unfortunately for us as a family, it was a definite miss. Again, the room was nice for what we paid for. The a**osphere was just very off putting.
