Stayed here 2 nights in February 2024. Won’t stay here again. Breakfast was great - but that’s about it. My biggest complaint is that my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. When I asked at the front desk about when my room was to be cleaned, I was told it wasn’t on the schedule. I understand cutbacks and the challenges with staffing in today’s post-Covid world, but for the prices I was charged for the 2 nights I was here ($265 & $270) I would expect my room to at least be freshened during the stay. I’ll stay down the street or over at Lake Placid.

The staff are very nice and helpful. We had our flight at 7am in the morning, the staff was able to provide us a lite breakfast for the road. Beyond our expectations when we asked. The only problem I had was my room was in the first room in the first floor and it was a bit noisy. Thank you 🙏

Check in was very smooth. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We liked having first floor room. The room was great. Very roomy and comfortable. We have stayed here twice now, and will stay again when in the area.

Ice makers on both floors didn’t work, but were not notified. My phone in the room didn’t work. Room Window was covered in green mildew and the sink was filled with cut hair. No clue. So gross! Safe didn’t work and the pool area is in desperate need of updating. Chairs are rusty etc. $175 a night was ridiculous for this property!

The person at front desk has no knowledge, took us 2 hours to check in, we had to contact ********** at 1am because the person here at the holiday in were so unprofessional we had to solve the problem on her side. The place is so smelly. Bed sheets and pillows are not clean, has really really strong bad smell like the hasn’t changed for long periods, bathroom was nice and clean

Awful property, staff who look like they work there as a penance. The building and the the employees are drab and lifeless. Do NOT stay at this property it's not even a last choice! We booked there for three nights but had to check out after one night I had paid in advance. I spoke to the front desk who said they would speak to management. 10-15 minutes later THEY called our room and said it was okay to check out and get our refund. A week after returning to the United Kingdom they say they did not agree this, which is the opposite of the truth. Don't stay here as you cannot believe what they may tell you!
