Just stayed here as part of my Route 66 trip and it was in the top 3 best hotels I’ve stayed on this trip. What a gorgeous boutique place this is—Hilton outdid itself with this Curio brand hotel. The lobby holds a cozy public sitting area, and all the people I encountered at the front desk were engaging, friendly, and helpful. (The lobby has this relaxing spa-like smell that sets a restful tone for your stay). The room was incredibly spacious and it was one of the few hotels post-Covid-19 that actually had pens and pads. The interior decorating in the Colcord has the feel of a high-end luxury hotel. My view overlooked a botanical garden, and walking the area felt safe. The attached restaurant, Flint, offered a varied menu (great food—my scallop appetizer was one of the freshest I’ve ever had in a land-locked state) and an incredibly friendly staff. I hope to stay here again, and I hope they maintain this level of comfort and service.

New hotel that underwent an amazing reno. Booked the Junior Suite and what a wonderful room for a good price! Spacious, separate “living room” with gorgeous light fixtures, deep blue wall color with wonderful white baseboards and doors, beautiful window coverings and carpet. The bedroom is huge with wonderful bathroom that has a gorgeous large shower and vanity. Bronze fixtures everywhere which look so classy. Only problem was the “night light” under the vanity--flips on and off erratically. The Great Hall on the main floor is glorious. Soaring ceilings that look to be 30+ feet high, gorgeous art deco light fixtures and décor. Wonderful place for a drink to enjoy the surroundings. Parking is available in the attached garage which is the worst ever. Extremely narrow lanes that curve in ridiculous ways. Unfortunately that’s the only option to be near the hotel. We did not do valet parking (about $6 more), which is a must to avoid this horrendous garage.

I would stay here every time I come to Oklahoma City for a job if the government can reimburse it. It is ideally located a few blocks from the downtown Bricktown community. I also love the relatively quiet environment and it is in the heart of the Bricodon community. Their new decoration perfectly combines historical aesthetics with modern technology. No matter what you order, the restaurant never disappoints you, and room service. The bar is always lively and there are plenty of good cocktails to choose from. I set a standard room so there is no refrigerator and microwave inside. I also don’t like to put these in the room. If you want a refrigerator and microwave, ask in advance. The pillows are very soft, and if you want something to use for the backrest, you may have to ask for it or carry it yourself.

I had a great experience except for the parking garage situation. It was very confusing. I parked first and then paid extra to come in and out for the 2 days I was there. When I first tried to come out the 2 day ticket wouldn’t work, after explaining over & over again to the guards they finally let us out. They said that they have issues with people passing around those tickets but I showed my room number and all of my tickets. All in all it was just an unnecessary hassle, not sure if it’s a machine error or what but I know it caused issues for several other people as well. There is a sign that says to check in before parking but I got caught up in the downtown traffic from arriving late and was in a hurry to just park so part of it is my fault. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast or pool amenities but I heard good things! Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would most certainly visit again!

This hotel delivered much more than we were expecting. Everyone was very kind, the rooms were lovely, and they even have long-term studio type rooms with a kitchen! We didn’t have time for the pool, but it was much bigger than most and looks really clean. The breakfast was amazing (it’s been so long since we’ve gotten hotel waffles lol) and they have complimentary coffee and tea out the entire day.
Our hotel is ready to serve you. Our service and amenities are superior, free hot breakfast buffet, large selection, indoor saltwater pool, fitness room, 24 hr Market, business ctr, meeting room and guest laundry. Conveniently located on Interstate 35 between Norman and OKC, we truly are just 20 minutes from Everything. The hotels general manager, Patel, made everything from checking in to checking out miserable. I work for Marriott. I know that the Marriott standard is to treat every guest like family. The goal is to make people want to come back. Her customer service skills are subpar, and if she doesn’t know how to treat another Marriott employee and their family, who showed nothing but kindness, I hate to think how she treats her employees that shes’s actually in charge of. Based on what I hear, it’s not well. The front desk employee, Liz, runs the place like a well oiled machine and should replace Patel immediately. She treats everyone who walks in the door like her best friend. She is the only reason I didn’t take my money elsewhere. And there are PLENTY of hotels within 5 miles of that place. As for the hotel itself, there’s not much to complain about. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms seem to be kept up. It’s probably the only reason, that and Liz, that people stay there. When you manage a hotel, you need to always keep in mind your guests are there for a variety of reasons. I had a sudden death in the family and had to fly home for a funeral. The last thing I needed to worry about was management treating my family members checking in with disrespect. And the last thing any of us needed at such a sensitive time was front desk staff taking out their lack of customer service skills on us. You never know what people are going through. Being nice to paying guests, and greeting them with a smile isn’t hard to do. The general manger could really use some training on how to run a hotel and to gain some people skills. She’s obviously miserable and you can clearly see on the faces of the employees that her lack of enthusiasm for the people who stay there is wearing thin the tolerance the staff has for the guests and their needs. It’s only a matter of time before people take their money elsewhere.

GGuest UserArrived around noon or so and James was very helpful in checking me in. Being Spire Elite I was upgraded to a suite. This suite has something I rarely see: a ceiling fan in the sitting area. A very nice feature to go along with AC (it was nearly 100 degrees outside at one point!). Weak water pressure was the only bad thing about the room. Full breakfast, good to see as some locations have still been slow to roll that out. The neighborhood is so-so around the area, but you have easy access to I-35 and I-40, as well as downtown only two or three miles away.
GGuest UserIf you're looking for a quality, affordable, clean hotel visit the Holiday Inn located at Holland Street in Oklahoma City. Smooth check in and check out. There is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. The hotel served breakfast from 6am to 9am daily. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and milk. Each room was equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator and Keurig. The hotel is minutes away the suburb,Edmond. Pleasant stay and plan to return to this hotel on future visits to OKC. It looked new in comparison to nearby hotels.
GGuest UserOur room was clean and comfy. The manager the front desk the night we checked in was awesome breakfast was OK the only downside the pool and hot tub were not super clean and I’m pretty rundown shape. Location wasn’t great that we were there for but that was my fault and my search.
JJordan YoungThe room itself was okay besides the smoke alarm going off when the steam from the shower I took set it off. I couldn’t get to it until after my shower, and it was going off for the majority of the duration. There were cars in the parking lot playing super loud music, and there was a guy outside of my window working on his car from about 3am until around 7am. I won’t be staying at this location again, rather disappointing.
Ddavid rangeThe stay at this hotel is good cant complain. Only wishing my room had a microwave and fridge. The noise from the highway is annoying. The staff is friendly. In my opinion the beds are very comfortable. Love the water pressure that comes out when I shower.
Sstaceyvb7My boyfriend and I stayed while visiting family in OKC for xmas. Right away at check-in there wasn't a physical person at the desk and I waited probably 5min before being greeted. Then we were told the wrong room number at check-in. Upon entering our room we noticed one of the pillows was in the middle of the bed without a pillowcase and the pillow had large yellow stains on it. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower had several stray hairs on the shower wall and rust on the ceiling. Towels had black/brown stains on them. One of our windows didn't shut all the way and the temp was in the 30s and 40s at night. Not sure if it's a COVID restriction, but there isn't a phone in the room or do not disturb sign. The bed was extremely firm. Really the only things positive about the hotel was that it was pet friendly and about a mile from my family. I will not stay again and would not recommend for anyone to stay here.
GGuest UserDo not always believe what u read or hear about something or somewhere. I came to stay at the Days inn on NW Expressway, OKC until I could find a home and I have 2 dogs. They have helped me out more than any places ever has. They respect my privacy, they watch out for everyone that stays here, and they even hand out a candy bar or drink once in a while to the people passing by that may not have anywhere to go. I've never seen them treat anyone without respect and the. Name sure their to everyone. The rooms don't. Have bugs, they are pet friendly and don't forget breakfast every morning ? So take the time and join us at the Days Inn you won't have to worry about any crimes or bad people either. The rates are really good, and it's located in a spot that u can get food, go shopping, go to the park, or the hospitals. Convenience at its finest!
