Our first experience at this hotel was very good. This was our second time staying there and this time it was very easy to tell that our room had not been vacuumed or the floors mopped. We also did some laundry and the laundry room this time around was very dirty. We notified the front desk and she apologized and came to clean the mess. Other than this, our stay was very pleasant and the breakfast delicious. We would still stay at this hotel again because my husband loves that the fitness center is right next to the laundry room.
This hotel was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover in Oklahoma with super friendly staff and a large and comfortable room with large TV and available HDMI port for your own device. Rate was extremely competitive that included overnight parking. Location is excellent as only a few minutes from the entertainment hub that is Bricktown. The memorial gardens are also only a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Oklahoma is one of the cleanest cities I’ve visited in the US and the gardens are a testimony to the resolve shown by the city following such tragedy.
The store is good, it is a very new wine, because I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but fortunately, the hotel has doll noodles to buy, the next morning's American breakfast is OK, the room and bathroom are very clean.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Holiday Inn from May 23 to May 25. The room (2 Queen beds) was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
A few areas could be improved. The air-conditioning unit was positioned very close to the bed and blew directly onto the person sleeping nearest to it, which made it somewhat uncomfortable during the night.
The breakfast was good with a decent selection of items, but the menu remained the same every day. A bit more variety would make longer stays even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again.
This is a GREAT motel...very well kept, spacious rooms with great beds & pillows and nice breakfast . Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Only negatives were a surly desk attendant the evening we arrived after a LONG day of travel, a CLOSED with no explanation pool, a broken pancake machine in the breakfast area and a VERY slippery shower floor...be careful!
