The staff was great, definitely overwhelmed/worked. They could really shine if they were fully-staffed. The only parking is valet, that had pro's and cons. Not enough parking for loading and unloading. And the guest coming and going at the same time made it stressful for guest and staff.
Overall it was a okay place with okay rooms.

great location, short walk from bricktown. Fitness room and pool were both closed, which was a little disappointing. Parking fees are absurd, but you can park on street. would have liked to have had my room cleaned while I was there.

No other place when you visit Chicago! What else than a beautiful historical landmark close to everything to visit when in Chicago. Do not hesitate.

Nice place. Very convenient location to get around OKC downtown. The heat took a long time to get our room comfortable. Also, theres only one microwave per floor and its in the hall by the elevator. Otherwise, the place is great for a getaway to explore OKC

The gym and pool were closed. We found out upon arrival. When we asked if we could please get a late checkout the lady informed us the hotel was booked so no.
When the lady checked us in she told us about the pool and gym and then said please don’t yell at me like the last lady it’s only my 3rd day.
Wouldn’t go back here if I had the option.
