We decided to stay somewhere different from our usual hotel when we visit OKC. We chose AC hotel for its location, price and pictures of the room. I did not absolutely hate it, but I would not be back. Our room was dirty. Upon arrival I can tell the room had not been cleaned enough between guests. The floor felt dirty on my bare feet. There was hair and dust on the window sill. Hair in the shower, shampoo streaks on the glass door and the toilet looked dirty too. On day of checkout, I dropped water and went to clean it with a towel and it was FILTHY! During my checkout I stopped to ask the receptionist a question about my valet fee and her tone was so rude, as if my question was stupid (and maybe it was) but damn girl, who pissed you off? Overall the experience was disappointing. Oh, but the Valet team was great!

The facility was nice and modern. I loved that the room had tile flooring. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but overall it was a nice stay.

Terrific hotel and location. New and comfortable. Terrific bed and showers. I think the breakfast option is a bit weak for the price. Also being a cash free facility can make tips a little difficult. Parking isn’t cheap and valet is the only option directly at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. Near lots of entertainment and food options.
