Well i asked about parking and the front desk gal shared the options and i asked how the valet worked.she told me i just let them know i wanted it n thats it.then i find out there's an additional cost, not by her.nor was she vwry friendly. No smile n i didn't feel very welcomed.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The service was lacking. The website said there was parking and when asking for parking help, they directed to an independent parking lot across the street that charged approximately $50 each day we stayed. Not sure why the website advertises $25 a day but the service clerk is unaware of it? I do not plan to stay here again,

Hotel offers valet overnight parking for $33. Check in was easy. Hotel has only one elevator broken which took forever. Room was a good size but not the most clean. Was also disappointed being downtown i expected some kind of view but our room faced right to an apartment complex wall. The hotel could use some maintenance throughout. Overall loved the location and atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was informed at check-in by a not so nice clerk, that they oversold and the room I had already paid for (in full) was not available. Was comp'd breakfast for 2, though our reservation was for 3. We were given another, smaller room that was dirty; long hair all over the floors & shower stall. Bedding had not been changed on the sleeper sofa. We had to request new bedding.
The staff overnight, at breakfast, and checkout were kind and helpful, unlike the initial clerk at check in. Would not stay again.
