精緻酒店，房間設施很新很全，服務人員很友好，早餐我説給小孩帶一些去房間，都沒有收我的費用，時間原因沒有在市內多停留，看酒店位置應該市區中心地帶，出行遊覽都很方便。

酒店應該可以算三星半吧。蠻新的，雖然在防疫期間，但餐廳還是開的，覺得很暖心；而且食物都很新鮮，價格卻不貴。在疫情期間是難得的。

The general manager, Duncan, has a real bad chip on his shoulder. He needs to be retrained. I’m not sure if that would even be sufficient or not?What an absolute embarrassment to not only the Hilton and their brand, but to himself. He has multiple areas of opportunity, from honesty to keeping his word, integrity to treating others with kindness and respect, Duncan gets 0 stars. This was my second and last stay here at this property. They nickel and dime the guest however they can, this time there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and he told me it was working fine but was actually just lying about it. I mean, for what purpose? We reviewed the folio together and he assured me he’d correct the errors and he did not. As a Diamond member, I was not valued at all. Be forewarned, Stay away!!

Over all it was good! Shower pressure could be a little stronger lol, they need to pull the fridge out a little more because when we opened the cabinet it was very hot and the fridge was a little cool! We learned this on our cruise if you pull the fridge out it cools , we woke up this morning and our drinks were VERY COLD 😁

The elevator smelled awful of skunk **** pot. Also the extra 25$. “Incidental fee” they charge for each night that is supposed to be returned to my credit card. Would i book here again? No. No breakfast no perks. Added fees
