The general manager, Duncan, has a real bad chip on his shoulder. He needs to be retrained. I’m not sure if that would even be sufficient or not?What an absolute embarrassment to not only the Hilton and their brand, but to himself. He has multiple areas of opportunity, from honesty to keeping his word, integrity to treating others with kindness and respect, Duncan gets 0 stars. This was my second and last stay here at this property. They nickel and dime the guest however they can, this time there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and he told me it was working fine but was actually just lying about it. I mean, for what purpose? We reviewed the folio together and he assured me he’d correct the errors and he did not. As a Diamond member, I was not valued at all. Be forewarned, Stay away!!
