The water bottle is not free unless you are a Hilton member, which is quite disappointing. Would be better if there is a fridge in the room.

The food at the Skirvin is excellent and room service was prompt and delicious. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Facilities at the hotel are more than adequate. Parking was well lit with a security person on duty and the Valet staff were accommodating and friendly. Our overall experience was as good and better than what we have experienced any where in our frequent travels. I just wish we could get a better rate closer to $100.00 for a standard king.

The smell of the 11th floor was unbearable. It smelled like musty water. I didn’t even end up staying the night. I left before 10pm. Couldn’t stomach the smell.

Lena Bleacher was incredibly helpful during our stay at the hotel. I’ve stayed at many hiltons and she made this one special. We had unexpected car problems during our cross country move and she orchestrated a late check out for my family. She also made sure my family was able to get the hotel breakfast while I was waiting at the dealership. We never felt like a burden and she even ended the day filling our cooler with ice for our trip. Great personal touches and the hotel is very nice.

821 has the lovely feature of the parking ramp lights glaring directly into the room at night. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not operating.
We had a weather delay resulting in missing our first night in OKC. We were stunned and VER appreciative that the Skirvin refunded our first night’s lodging fee. All staff with whom we spoke were so gracious and helpful.

Lovely hotel with a spacious room. I only subtracted one star because the hot tub was advertised as open but was ice cold. I would highly recommend

What a beautiful hotel! The architecture, design, and decorations transport one back to the early 20th century. The attention to detail, at least in my opinion, is extraordinary. The service was just as wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and accommodating. We didn't eat in the restaurant but did order room service. It was fast and the portions were well worth the price. We'll be back!
