Very clean room and hallway. Receptionist was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Heart Hospital.

The television didn't work. The system was down in the hotel. I think we should receive an adjustment to our bill due to the unavailability of the tv service. Also, the heating system cycled on and off about every 10 minutes or so and was so noisy it was hard to go to sleep because of the constant interruption.

Beds are horrible hard and old. Water is very hard as well left skin very dry. Location was good. Hotel was clean. Needs new beds!
