Clean hotel. It has some wear but it does not affect the comfort of the stay. I enjoyed my hot breakfast. The eggs were yummy.

When we checked in the desk clerk was rude. When we got off the elevator on our floor it smelled horrible of sewage and got worse to closer we got to our room and the room smelled awful!!!! We went down to explain and the desk clerk acted like it was an inconvenience we ask for a new room. Got the new room and the bathroom sink didn’t have hot water so couldn’t wash face unless in shower. This room also smelled but not a harsh. This place cost more than the hotels around it and it was awful!

Very nice hotel! The bathroom needed a deep cleaning and the room looked like it could use a paint job, but overall I was very happy. No complaints!

I’ve stayed here many times in the past but never again. Upon arrival, I was told I qualified for an upgrade as I am a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member. At first, my third floor oversized king room smelled strange. Then I noticed things like black mold or mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom and multiple cracked bathroom tiles. But I crawled in bed and fell asleep anyways. Two hours later, I woke and found my pajamas soaked on one side. Leaping out of bed, I assured myself that I hadn’t reverted to childhood and had an accident. But it appears that a prior guest had either spilled a large amount of liquid on the bed or, ewww, had the aforementioned type accident. The bedding was soaked. Ewwwwwww!
