My husband and I booked a room for our 14th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately our home was hit in the recent EF4 tornado that came through northeastern Oklahoma. We are still dealing with so much at home from the destruction caused by the tornado that we felt it would be in the best interest of our family to cancel our trip. My husband called to cancel over a week before our scheduled stay and Governor's Suites refused to cancel our reservation and said they will be charging us the full amount whether we show up or not. We were already saddened that we would have to cancel our anniversary trip, but to be told we will still have to pay for it is even more disheartening. When my husband called, he asked to speak to a manager to explain our situation, but the desk attendant hung up on him! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service is horrible and they have absolutely NO compassion.

Very decent for the price. Water pressure was amazing, decent breakfast, an older style hotel with a nice indoor sitting area to eat. I feel they need key access locks on the rear doors. Very inconvenient if parking in the back to not have nighttime access.

This place was the epitome of horrible service they charged an extra $25 for breakfast that we did not partake in, the attendant had an attitude because I asked about the charge & asked for a receipt for the charge. The attendant at the what they called “breakfast” was upset that we asked for food so we ended up going to Golden Corral but was charged an extra $25 for it. This was an overall horrible experience & this will be my very last resort to ever stay here again.

Nice staff, clean. Too busy for spa and other things. But nice. Tub had cigarette burns. If u use makeup. Be sure to bring wipes. Will take deposit if u dirty towels. Over all good experience
