Whole hotel and room smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking hotel i thought) and cleaning solution, which made floor sticky. Bedroom floor creaked loudly. Carpet was filthy. Parking lot filled with butts. Room furniture scratched, peeling. AC was good, bed comfortable. Room was clean but I didn’t feel clean in the room if that makes sense. Human trafficking posters everywhere in the hotel a bit off putting. Guy at check-in and lady at checkout were very nice and helpful. I would not stay here again.

Run away! Scary and nasty. This has to be the worst place we've ever stayed. I can't believe people who know it's this bad and don't tell everyone to stay clear of this place. It's supposed to be non smoking but the smell is so strong when you walk inside the room we had to open a window. If you just need a bed, don't care about anything else this place might work for you. If you can over look the smell, the burns in the bathroom counter and toilet and the sticky floor this place might be for you. If you don't mind people talking loud, dogs barking, yep this place might be for you. If you don't mind NOT feeling safe this place might be for you. If you need clean, comfortable and safe this is not the place for you!

I am very happy with the service and staff at the W Reno location. Several motels close by do not have security keys for entrance into the establishment nor do they have security staff which makes a huge difference on who is allowed into the motel, this service helps provide a safe environment foreveryone.
