Empfang: freundliche Abfertigung ohne Höflichkeiten. Kein Willkommen, kein Danke für Diamant Mitgliedschaft. Schade, wenn man uns gut empfangen hätte, wäre das Hotel ein Hochgenuss gewesen. Zimmer und Bad sauber und großzügig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher angenehm frisch. Frühstück a la card - gut gekocht. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Parken 24 $ im Nachbarhotel.

Stay was amazing. Checked in very late and the everything from a to z was very accommodating. First of all, Cole in valet was in incredibly accomadng, check-in was quick and easy and I slept like a rock in my room. Will definitely be returning to this Hilton.

In no way does my review reflect the service of the employees at this location. They were are very nice and helpful.
Now to this review: our room had no hot water in the shower, fortunately, maintenance came and fixed this. There was only 1 working elevator of the 3 until our 3rd day when they were all broken, which is a problem should you be disabled in any way or have a lot of luggage. The bed was not comfortable at all. I do a lot of traveling and this is probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve been on.
The location is great, the staff is lovely, and the lobby and sitting area is very nice. The rest needs some TLC immediately.
