Overall Business as Usual….
The staff members including the hotel manager would benefit from more training on customer and hospitality services as well as software, systems and processes.
It was very frustrating booking through a third party provider and your staff members..

The room was nice except it was cold and wouldnt warm up. In the morning, the sink had no hot, not even warm water. The shower did not work at all. Typical good embassy suite breakfast.
