Nice stay, close to airport. Was unaware there was a $100 deposit until we got there. It was fine but still thrown off. I later went back to my booking and at the very bottom it does have that added.

Front desk attendant was not very friendly. She charged four of my credit cards for the room deposit and would not say it was possibly her machine declining my cards when today I have pending deposits on all cards ran last night.

Overall hotel was very modern and clean. Front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Want to take a shower? Think again, hot water is not hot at all, lukewarm at best. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we were out the door and catching a flight by 5am.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff friendly. Location is great for ease of travel and to find food if you’re not from the area like I was. Our first night my bed sheets had fairly small holes in them so those should have been thrown away. Biggest issue with staff is that housekeeping knew no English, which made communication difficult in regards to cleaning of my room and the bedding issue stated above.

My husband and I had a nice stay here. We got a king size bed, and it was comfortable. The room also had a nice chair and then a desk with a chair. We were on the third floor, and it was fairly quiet. I did not get to try the breakfast, but I did notice in a little room adjacent to the lobby there was a table full of offers and incentives from area places to eat. Our room had plenty of light and outlets which was a nice change.
