It was nicely remodeled but was not clean at all. The elevator floor was dirty and sticky and only one elevator worked part of the time. The room was disgusting. There was garbage everywhere, previous guests clothes lying around, the staff was rude and made us bring them our dirty towels. Will not stay again.

This hotel I won't recommend to anyone. The front desk staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I paid for my stay in full online and was harassed and talked rudely to avout my debt card, which is the same one used to book the room. The girl argued with me even after I explained to her I had stay there the previous night with no problem with my debt card. I requested she call her manager and she refused, then ended up call because I was president. When she called she spoke in a different language in an attempt to discredit me. At the end of the rudeness and harassment, I was allowed to check in but told I wouldn't be able to stay there anymore without a 150.00 cash deposit. My debt card worked and there was no issues. I will never stay at this property again.

After all the money I spent at this hotel, I’m extremely annoyed that they would not provide me with reasonable accommodations, even after mentioning the Americans with disabilities act, and how my disability qualified to at least receive an interactive interview. I asked to speak with lan several times, but he never gave me the courtesy of Contacting me to see what it was that I needed as his guest

Check-in experience arrived at 2 pm was told room wasn't ready had to wait until 3 maybe could get us in around 2:45. Breakfast was terrible limited items and the biscuits looked like they were weeks old. Got told we couldn't take our breakfast back to our room. Overall seemed like a lot of homeless around the front door.
