The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The front desk service is average, the shuttle needs to be booked 24 hours in advance

I would strongly recommend everyone to pass on this place, worse experience ever! the hot tub wasn't working, the pool was filfy, the breakfast was very minimal, to top it off our truck was broken into and we were parked in a well lighted space, they had 5 cars broken into that night. The front desk employee had a "I could care less attitude" the manager was informed but never bothered to take the time to speak to us. We won't be recommending this place to anyone or ever staying there again

It smelled terrible in our room. Like someone cooked a 45 course Indian style buffet for a family of 60 in that room we stayed in. The beds were good, I could tell they changed the sheets. There was still trash under the couch and the bathroom door was filthy. The breakfast was egg patties, biscuits, cereal, waffle or toast. Staff was super nice.

We reserved this hotel ahead of our trip. It was the most horrible disgusting hotel we have ever seen. Vandalized vehicle in the parking Lot. Room & hotel smelled, dirty, stains in carpet, bugs in windowsill, windows broken. Something that looked like dried blood. sofa broken, chair terrible worn, floor at elevator and in was wet from pool, kids running wild. No pillows. Sketchy people. I could go on and on. We had to check out and not stay, to uncomfortable. Sorry I NEVER give reviews but in this case I have to. I hope they can fix this dump up. The only thing I can say good, was the guy at front desk was friendly. I can only Pray we can have our money back. Can't recommend this hotel to anyone. WE won't be back.... I hope you can clean it up and make it a quality hotel
