店間不錯，是一家挺新的酒，因為我是晚上很晚才到酒店，還好酒店小買部有公仔麪可以買，第二天早上的美式早餐也OK，房間和洗手間很乾凈。

Very nice hotel with plenty of hot water, a walk-in shower, clean beds, fresh towels daily, and a nice breakfast. Stayed two nights on business in the area and got a gem of a room in a very nice hotel. Lots of restaurants close by and easy access to the interstate highway.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Smelled liked Cinnabon the minute you walk in. If you have little ones there is a Chuck E Cheese next door. Breakfast offered is the best I have had by a hotel. Unbelievable

Refrigerator did not work. Most hostile hotel staff in the 20 years I’ve been coming to Oklahoma City. Most hostile hotel staff out of any Holiday Inn I stayed at in the United States. Pool was closed. 4401 SW 15th Street. Ruined my appreciation for OK City.

This hotel and staff were amazing. This was definitely the best and quickest service that I have gotten from a hotel.
Check in: quick, easy, everything was ready when I approached the desk. I asked the worker checking in if I could get 2 extra pillows. By the time I went to the car to get my bags and returned to the lobby (maybe 5 minutes) I was informed the my extra pillows were waiting on my bed.
Going to the room: the elevator was quick. There were no jerks when starting and stopping. The hall way smelled so good, clean, and quiet.
The room: The queen suite that I had was so spacious, clean, and smelled great. I have a habit of wiping everything down when I enter a hotel room. After wiping everything the wipes were still white!
The bed: I slept so peacefully on the bed. It was perfectly soft and firm. The blanket felt like a weighted blanket. It was nice and cozy.
Breakfast: was the best that I have had from a hotel wit real bacon, eggs, sausage, and plenty more. I was able to make a delicious coffee with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and chocolate drizzle….so delicious.
I will be staying at this hotel again.
