There's a really good reason this place has a such a bad star rating... their customer service is exceptionally AWFUL! They basically stole $300 on a prepaid reservation because they wouldn't accept my State Issued ID in lieu of a driver's license. I prepaid the reservation last minute, so the only option was for a non-refundable reservation. I can understand if we changed our mind and didn't want to stay there - but not letting us check in after we already paid is nothing short of robbery! I hope you will reconsider making a reservation at this dump!

This is a hot mess of a shanty facility.It is so unsafe for human habitation!I do not believe that this facility is in the United States of America.The level of insecurity is so high such that customers have to be outside being served through a crack of a window regardless of of it is rainy, cold,windy or hot!

We ended up staying somewhere else because someone was OD’ing on the stairs outside of my room, I couldn’t lock the door, there was a large blood stain on the mattress, the lights didn’t work, there was hair all over the bathroom counter, and I almost sat on a razor blade. Staff was very friendly and refunded my deposit.
