Facilitieswas clean and staff was excellent. Parking could have been better situated but a nice clean room and friendly staff made up for that. All in all I would stay again.

Our valet was the actual best! She was so friendly and accommodating 🥰 De was our valet. She helped us load our bags as well!

This hotel has a great location which is walking distance to all the attractions. Believe it or not my most favorite thing about this hotel is De the valet host. She always remembers me and is always on time with my requests! De is also very diligent with local recommendations and ensuring my stay is perfect!

The room was clean and cool. All the staff were kind and helpful. We had everything we needed. The valet parking was worth it, and they were very quick bringing the car. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Valet team was beyond Amazing.Marc G. Was was very helpful and just an absolute pleasure to interact with. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting. My room was clean and for the most part quiet. It didn't cost an arm and a leg to use the washer and dryer. Overall pleasant experience.

First time staying at Springhill Suites. Great stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Excellent valet service by Dee amidst cold and rainy day. Enjoyed a warm breakfast, good coffee! Thank you very much. Will be back.
