I recently had an extended stay with the Best Western in Okmulgee. The staff are awesome people! They are extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. The rooms are clean and it felt a little like home away from home. I most definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

I had a great time at this hotel. The bed were clean warm and very comfortable! The shower was super high pressure with luxury soaps and moisturizer. I was in a double room and it was extremely spacious and included a refrigerator, microwave as well as a writing desk. I also had a killer workout in their top notch gyms! I stay in a lot of hotels and this place is amongst the best of them. I highly recommend!

Hotel was clean for the most part other than the dead spiders around the edge of the walls and the refrigerator was extremely loud.

Breakfast was very bad. Cereal was stale. Muffin cabinet had gnats all in it. The eggs tasted terrible. The waffles were great but I didn’t like the open container of butter that was used by everyone with the same knife.

It was terrible I reserved two nights just in case but only stayed 1 night. The front desk receptionist said she wasn’t authorized to cancel the night I didn’t need and made me pay for two nights and would get a refund when I contact my booking agency however they tried calling to get my refund and was told no one with authorization was there to do so and it’s been four days now.

There was black mold growing in the shower. Room 113 between the shower head and the shower curtain.
The seating in the room was uncomfortable.
The gym equipment was in poor repair.
There was hair on the towels (not mine).
