Нам очень нравится этот замечательный отель,отдыхаем сдесь уже третий год подряд.Шикарное расположение, большой пляж,территория зеленая. Номер сейчас в бунгало,в прошлом году жили в Жасмине и там и там номера хорошие, уборка качественная. Еда в отела очень вкусная,всегда есть выбор,очень вкусные супы. Алкоголь качественный,хоть и местный,,голова не болит. Хочется сказать отдельно о прекрасном персонале этотго отеля, мы приезжаем сюда как домой, всегда очень теплый прием. Анимация классная,дискотека супер! Отель рекомендую!!!!!

Понравилось все в отеле, особенно море и прекрасная бухта. Номер попался хороший, уборка в номера каждый день. Еда разнообразная и очень вкусная. Персонал в отеле очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Хотелось бы больше русских песен на дискотеке .Массаж делала у Эрэн, даю ему лично 5 звезд, золотые руки у человека. Однозначно рекомендую и обязательно приеду еще

I had a great time at Justiniano Hotel! Perfect for family vacations with clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the animation team ensured a fantastic a**osphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and fun. Special shoutout to the bartender Umut, who made every evening delightful with his professional service!

Very green hotel with a beautiful beach (small pebbles), cozy, good food, cool sea. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the chef at the bar on the Serhata beach. Always ready to help, attentive, speaks and understands Russian perfectly. There is a large bazaar and shopping center next to the hotel. We liked the hotel and will definitely return.

We were there for 5 days for a beach holiday. The room was OK (older furnishings) but very clean. Unfortunately not everything is all inclusive - only vodka, whiskey, gin and raki could be mixed with cola, Fanta, Sprite, tonic water or juice. Unfortunately you have to pay for cocktails yourself. You also have to pay for internet (3 euros per day). The only place you have free internet access is in the lobby. 95% of the guests came from Russia, unfortunately you didn't really feel at home. Communication was also rather difficult (Turkish, Russian and a bit of English). Luckily Canan was there every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - she was able to mediate for us (hotel employee with German skills; in the lobby). The best place to eat was in the pool bar. Unfortunately the food in the main restaurant was the same every day (not varied). Unfortunately the staff couldn't keep up with clearing the tables, so you had to spend a long time looking for a place to sit. We were given beach loungers every day, but here too many loungers were blocked (water bottles were placed on them to symbolize that the space was occupied). Unfortunately, the staff did not intervene here, even though it was expressly stated in the lobby that reserving loungers is prohibited.
