The room is huge. 24-hour front desk service. The front desk clerk was very nice. The kitchen facilities in the house are also very complete, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster, which are convenient and practical. The surrounding environment is also very good. Although it is next to the highway, there is no noise.

We have stayed in this hotel for last 3 years . It is close to Olathe hospital. We have always had outstanding customer service and room clean . Not new but very well kept .

I booked a room at the Candlewood in November 2023 for a weekend stay in mid April 2024. On 4/13 I got a call from the manager, Shawn, saying they were overbooked and moving me to their sister property 15 minutes away. I had specifically booked this hotel because I’m running the marathon and wanted to be close to the race. I booked through ******* so, unfortunately, it’s non refundable. My friend had booked the Candlewood as well (not through *******) and she got a call today that they couldn’t accommodate her reservation and they were moving her to another property even farther away. Don’t book this hotel unless you want to deal with a place that doesn’t know how to honor reservations.

The stay was nice it was very clean and the front desk people were very nice, my only issue was the bed was definitely kind of small but overall not a bad stay.
