They do not honor “pet price listed on website” they will charge you more. The rooms stink, smells of cigarettes the whole building does. Beds are firm, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
The staff refuses to honor prices… I wouldn’t recommend

This property is badly in need of updating and cleaning. Smoky, grimy, dirty. We had to change our initial room because our first room bathroom had not been cleaned and toilet was plugged with excrement. Fortunately, our 2nd room was the cleanest part of the property besides the lobby - but, that's not saying much. We had to stay because we arrived so late - if we would have been able to be there sooner, we would have left and chosen a different hotel. The Overland Park area is very nice - this hotel just isn't.

Horrible rooms dirty dead bugs on floor. Bathroom door broke did not shut, no towels, no tv no channels. I would like money back…

Basic hotel from the Econolodge chain. One night stop. The room was a little small for US standards. Everything was clean, although the furniture is old. There is no offer of anything around, only a gas station. Good priced option for a stop.

If you are in need of a good quality nights stay, this location of Econo Lodge is very good. We had a King suite on bottom floor. It was very roomy and the shower was great! The bed was very comfortable and it was pretty quiet at night for sleeping. The next morning there was a nice breakfast of waffles, muffins, cereal, with juice and ect... We would definitely consider staying there again. Oh the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We liked the thermostat controlled air conditioner in the room. It kept the room cool without undue noise or wind.
