Smeralda Flats

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte di Capodanno, struttura nettamente troppo piccola per quattro persone, doveva essere un appartamento con camera da letto e due bagni invece era a malapena un monolocale con letto matrimoniale e divano letto tutto nella cucina, locale nettamente sporco e poco attrezzato! Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale.

First of all, it is indicated on the site that the apar**ent consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. In practice, the reality is quite different. There are two rooms: the living room and the bathroom. The sofa bed is located opposite the oven (the smells), and in the same room as the large double bed (hello privacy when parents come with their children!). The mattress of the double bed is particularly uncomfortable. A nauseous and sickening odor erupted from the sheets of the “beds”. We concluded that they had not been washed for weeks (specifically they smelled like seals, or like mangy dogs, a matter of interpretation). There is one towel per person for the entire stay (we stayed there for 6 days), so hello hygiene! The bathroom is equipped, that’s true. However, with each shower there was a flood all over the bathroom floor (water leak, shower glass problem? Some hypotheses are possible). To clean, we had to put on the floor the only towels we had at our disposal, those given by the company, so we used soaked and dirty towels throughout the stay. Finally, if you want to have a beautiful view, go your way. Our ground floor apar**ent overlooked the cars and a full parking lot was offered to us, with the addition of another resident's car in front of our car. To top it off, the company representative, accompanied by her henchman, accused us of having sorted the trash poorly (without any basis), so they asked us to unpack the trash bags, and do the sorting again (they stayed in front of the bins to check that we were doing it correctly). In summary, a dismaying experience.
