The establishment is covered in saltpeter in the breakfast room and not vacuumed. This humidity generates odors in the room. Breakfast serves stale sandwich bread and the same cake for three days. The person who is serving is on his phone on the amp of course and at the same time manages his schedule in a nearby room. You have to ask for it to come and serve. The set stained the day before has the same stains the next day and is not cleaned. The front door slams every time you enter and there is noise. An establishment to strongly avoid.

Beautiful, spacious room with a balcony and a huge bathroom. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was better than the typical italian breakfast (just a cup of coffee and a pastry); here you had bread, salami, eggs, cereal, fruits, pastry, croissants, different types of coffee, juice.. Very good! Walking distance to the centre. The parking depends on how crowded the streets are but we were lucky to find a spot quite near the hotel. The only minus I'd say is the size of the shower booth. In a huge bathroom there would have been room for a bigger shower, but that was very tiny and tight!

A great find with a clean and spacious room and bathroom. Antonella was friendly and served up a typical Italian breakfast with a good cappuccino. The only criticism would be the soundproofing as I could hear the people in the next room when they were in their bathroom which was a little unfortunate.

Nice clean, modern, large and comfortable room . We had a balcony that looked out on to a quiet side street. Breakfast was OK with cereal, eggs toast and hams available. Charming hosts. B&b was about 5-10 mins from the centre. Airport bus no 10 passes very close. Would have liked a kettle in the room. Would definitely stay again.

A stone's throw from the center of Olbia, we chose this accommodation for our couple's holiday in Sardinia. Approved with flying colors! The room and bathroom were super clean, bright and spacious, the staff were friendly. For the price it offers excellent service! The included breakfast earns you extra points by waking you up with a delicious aroma (the tart and fresh croissants are delicious). I would recommend it to anyone!

Very cute accommodation. The decor is romantic and modern. A small breakfast was included and was enough for a small hunger. The reception was very friendly and the room was very clean and larger than other hotel rooms. Would come again.
