Loud
Check in was a nightmare! Never met the host. Had no idea how to access the property as we had just arrived in county and needed wifi to set up SIM card. We learned latter that host uses what’s App to communicate, but we did not have wifi or working SIM card. Room was nice with balcony, but overlooks a loud restaurant/bar.

Excellent hotel, beautiful room, great and efficient service. Right at the centre of Olbia. Our room was very big, nicely decorated and with a varanda facing the main pedestrian street. Very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again!!

No better location than at the bottom of Umberto Corso, directly across from the police station. Room was great. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived in Olbia very late following delayed flight .
Frederico was very understanding and helpfull . Check in was very easy ( especially with video sent via Whats App)
Room was very comfortable and spacious with great eye to detail in terms of furnishings .We stayed for 3 nights before heading off on our road trip around the island .Its a great base for a couple of days . very close to museum and shops etc.
We ate at the resteraunt in the Garden below one night and food was very good very reasonably priced for Olbia.
The location was quiet given its in a pedestrian shopping street .
Would also recomnend the Enoteca next door vinis veritas ( great selection of Sardinian wines ) .
Great start to our holiday and would stay again

The property is an ideal location, but with being on the main street, it was noisy in the rooms facing the main street. If you.are staying on a week end, please note there is a bar on then1st floor and the restraunt next door had a DJ going.

One of the best properties we stayed at Sardinia! Very convenient with excellent service. Comfortable and mode rooms in a historic mansion! Would definitely stay here again!
