Room is clean but full of cigarette smell. Common area is nice and the host let us leave our luggages for a few hours in the flat.

The place is fine (though annoying to find).
More important: I was bitten by a spider when sleeping. It's poisonous and I had to seek medical care.
This room must be checked thoroughly.

Appartamento molto funzionale, pulito e di recente ristrutturazione. Molto graditi il caffè, il bollitore e l'acqua a disposizione. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Comodo per il parcheggio gratuito

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter la ville d'Olbia. A proximité des magasins, du centre ville et des restaurants. Le logement est très propre et grand. Une pièce principale avec cuisine à partager. Une chambre de taille suffisante avec une salle de bain privative. Je recommande.

J'ai réservé un studio pour une amie et moi, nous donnes restées 4 jours et tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. Le séjour en lui même était déjà incroyable mais le logement a été une grande partie du séjour aussi. Nous avions un léger problème avec la douche, Nello a très rapidement proposé une solution. Acceuil, confort, localisation ( à 5 min à pieds du centre du port, 20 min en bus de la plage, restaurants, bars, magasins tout y est ) parfait. Appartement très sécurisé, en tant que filles on s’y est senties tout de suite en sécurité. Je recommande fortement !!!

The apartment is modern and very well equipped, with a small kitchen containing all the necessary utensils, TV, coffee machine, good WiFi. It's very well located, close to the town center&restaurants, the train station, the bus stop and Olbia's lungomare, all in a quiet area. Our stay went very well and I can only recommend this accommodation in Olbia!

Fantastic room and brilliant customer service. Let us check in early and also leave our bags there all day after checking out (our ferry wasn't until 10.30pm). Super clean, everything looked brand new. Location is perfect for the bars in the main square, only a 5 minute walk.

Abbiamo prenotato due appartamenti per quattro giorni. Sistemazione ideale: stanze accoglienti, cucina completa di quasi tutto il necessario, set di salviette abbondanti, pulizia impeccabile. L'appartamento all'ultimo piano è luminoso, ampio, comodo ed elegante. Ci sono due stanze doppie, un letto in ingresso, una divano e ben tre bagni. Terrazzo, lavanderia, lavastoviglie, phon. Connessione internet buona, due televisioni e, apprezzatissimo, un biliardino. Nelle vicinanze la Conad, uno sportello bancomat. Checkin e checkout comodissimo a distanza. Sistemazione ottima per vacanza o lavoro. Ci trovate cialde per caffè, bustine tè, olio e sale, un minimo per la detergenza della casa, scopa, paletta, bollitore, forbici e tagliere. Riposo assicurato: zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Grazie mille!

Chambre moderne et confortable avec petit balcon. La guest house dispose d'une cuisine commune avec réfrigérateur, cafetière, et tout l'équipement nécessaire.
