The hotel is modern and very well located in the heart of the city and you can walk in the evening without taking the car which was very pleasant. Our room was clean, well equipped and the bedding comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Gian Paolo is the receptionist who welcomed us and took care of us during our stay, he was very friendly The downside of this hotel is the poor soundproofing, we hear the customers in the corridor and the iron staircase is noisy, don't Don't think about taking the elevator, it doesn't work. I went to get a massage at the spa, it was great, just a little disappointed that the jacuzzi and hammam were closed. No parking but we found parking easily

Short one-night stay in this beautiful establishment ideally located to discover the heart of Olbia. In a few minutes on foot you can access all the restaurants and shops in the city as well as the seaside. This boutique hotel with 6 rooms is superbly decorated with exquisite taste… our room was very pleasant with a balcony overlooking a square shaded and lively (no noise nuisance at night as the insulation is perfect) Very stylish and very well laid out. The owner's welcome is very warm, he takes great care of his customers, the excellent breakfast is prepared before our eyes... in short, everything is perfect... without forgetting the roof terrace with a small swimming pool from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and the surrounding mountains and finally the very beautiful classic facade of the hotel… in short, everything was perfect… highly recommended

It’s a unicorn hotel with great service in the most central point in the center of Olbia. The rooms are clean and with modern decoration and the bed is comfortable. The view from the room is amazing you can see the center and the bathroom cleaning products are very good. The most important think is the guy that is responsible in the reception who will provide you with anything you ask

Our stay was a disaster. For €300 per night more!! When we arrived, the hotel was closed. Another couple had been waiting for 1 hour without hearing from anyone. We managed to get someone on the phone who told us that she was ill and that there would therefore be no one there to see us. We received instructions over the phone in very broken English and had to rummage through the staff drawers to retrieve our room cards. To make matters worse, we had access to a card that opened all the rooms in the hotel (we realized this when we got on the wrong floor) so fortunately we are not malicious people.. The maintenance of the hotel is pitiful, very dirty joints, air conditioning surrounded by mold, baseboards that are peeling off, curtains that are falling. The cleanliness of the swimming pool is catastrophic: cloudy water, pigeon droppings. The hotel overlooks a square where a lot of parties take place with bars so it's impossible to sleep before 3am. Likewise, when we returned, a very drunk homeless man was littering the steps of the hotel. Unacceptable to present a hotel at this price. I don't understand the previous comments and I am in the process of making a complaint because for us it is clearly a scam.

I’m very surprised for all the positive reviews this hotel has. I’ve never been in such an overvalued and dirty hotel! It is a total scam! First of all, we arrived at 15:00 to the hotel and the door was locked and no one was there (we informed that we will arrive to the hotel between 14:30 and 15:30). I called to the hotel phone number and Sonia answered. She said that she will arrive in approx. 20 mins, but she gave us the code to access to the hotel and ask us to take ourselves our key room from the desk reception (they must really trust people). We took the elevator to go to the third floor where our room was. The elevator said max. 3 people and max. 250 kg, but if you are 2 people with 2 cabin luggages, the elevator won’t work. My boyfriend decided to take the stairs and he even arrived before me, as the elevator is crazy slow. We entered the very dark room and saw that 1) the walls needed to be painted due to the mold issues, 2) the AC was full of mold, 3) the shower was DISGUSTING, it was super dirty (see pictures attached) (seedy motels have cleaner shower than this hotel). We decided to go downstairs as the receptionist arrived and I told her that the shower was disgusting (I even showed her a video). She claimed that it was clean and it was only mold (as if having mold in the bedroom of an hotel is a normal thing). Let me tell you that it was mold AND dirtiness AND a need of the walls to be painted. At the end she offered us a change of room within the same floor. This one was bigger, and the cleanliness of the shower was much better. But nothing is perfect and what happened in this room is that the AC didn’t work. Imagine Sardinia in August, 30° at 19:00 and on the top floor with no AC. We came down to inform her about the AC issue and she called her/his supervisor. The supervisor told her to change our room to our original one (the one with the dirty shower) and she replied to the supervisor that we were originally there but she changed us to the one with no AC. The supervisor asked why, and she replied that we complained about. They offered us to change the room to the first floor, but the problem there was the noise of the main square. We decided to give it a try one night and see if the room will cool a bit more - it didn’t happened. It was like an oven. In addition, there’s a bar next to the hotel where a DJ is playing music in the terrace with very big speakers. It was IMPOSSIBLE to fall sleep. This is not the hotel’s fault but they should at least write about it in the description of the hotel or at least offer earplugs. The music was until 2am. Last but not least, on the small terrace they have a small swimming pool that I didn’t dared to go into the pool as it was very very dirty (water was almost green). This hotel tries to be a boutique hotel and it is just a “wanna be”. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, they deserve 0 stars. It is like a hostal or apartment, and they should clearly lower the price (250€ per night is a

Just a quick review to say that we had a great experience at Kkult. I would like to say a huge thank you to Jaan Paulo (hope I’ve spelt that right) he made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect and great memory on breakfast orders as my wife is Lactose free. Nice and clean, and very modern. Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Slight improvement would be a bird scarer by the pool to get rid of the pigeons.

20 euros for a tuna steak... with no taste. Very expansive for what it is, and the same for the raviolis : they didn't have any taste. The only good thing was the Daikiri who was very good, even if the presentation of the cocktail was bad.

The pros: Very pretty hotel, optimal position and the terrace/swimming pool open 24/7 is really very, very appreciable! In addition, the sunset is right in front of you, so you can admire it while swimming... Our room was very clean and spacious, with all the necessary comfort: the bedding is incredible, Netflix available, bathrobes, kettle, … Possibility of having breakfast in your room at no extra cost. Cons: unfortunately, the hotel is quite poorly soundproofed and the curtains are not blackout. In addition, when we visited in August 2021, the elevator was not working (nothing too bad but it seems important to me to point out, especially for carrying suitcases up/down). Finally, room service was not very responsive during our stay in August. Requests not taken into account, a fairly long wait, ... once again, nothing too bad but you shouldn't bet everything on it :). Also be careful to specify the time of your arrival. In fact, the hotel does not have a reception. We tried to contact the telephone number posted on the internet but could not get anyone on the line. We waited 45 minutes in front of the hotel in 30 degrees while waiting for someone to come and welcome us…
