There is a park opposite, and it is only 1KM to the core area. For citywalkers, it is a good hotel with acceptable conditions and facilities🏨. The parking lot 🅿️ is 300m away, so it’s kind to not charge a fee. Breakfast is not bad

Staff super cordiale e camere confortevoli e rilassanti fanno passare sopra a qualche errorino di estetica. Abbiamo passato le notti del 31 dic e del 1 gen, un numerosissimo gruppo di persone e siamo stati tutti estremamente soddisfatti. Molto vicino al centro, raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in una manciata di minuti. Se dovessimo tornare ad Olbia, sappiamo dove andare!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. It is a 10 minute walk into town. The huge first floor deck didn't seem to have shade or furniture or be accessible during the day to sit and enjoy the view, which would have been nice.
