Hotel Centrale

It is a great place to have a central location and explore the center of Olbia on foot. The staff is very attentive and helpful and the hotel shows that it has been renovated. There are small details that could be improved: 1. The mattress is horrible and very uncomfortable, I don't know if it is because it is old or because it is of poor quality. 2. The bathroom had a damaged toilet handle. 3. When they clean the room, they do it with dirty water and then even if they clean the floor it smells and you have to ventilate it. As a recommendation, it is better to have a room facing the back street, which is quieter than the main street.

They were very kind and very efficient in communication. They gave us instructions in every way possible (email and calls) and very clear instructions on how to enter the hotel even late at night. The breakfast was very pleasant and welcome. Thanks for everything.

I book this hotel encouraged by the central location and the photos of the rooms (certainly not for the price) I call first to find out where I need to get to unload my luggage and park the car. The receptionist answers me and tells me that I can't get to the hotel because it is in a restricted traffic zone and takes me to a distant street and says that I have to continue on foot from there. The car park at 450 meters is FULL and bookable, forced to park in places dedicated to taxis, hoping not to be fined. Arrival at the Hotel: Room on the 2nd and a half floor but the lift only goes to the first.. Room WITHOUT WINDOWS, except a skylight 3 meters high that is not accessible and a window overlooking a wall 30 cm away like the fake IKEA rooms GOLD advantages? only after my insistence. (half a bottle of wine, even though there were three of us. Black out at night and the air conditioning doesn't work (32 degrees in the room) The hotel without night porter. Black out at night Without electricity the electric access doors to the hotel are open (luckily we are in Olbia and not in the Bronx) which didn't make anyone sleep. In the morning, departure at 6.45am, no type of breakfast available, except thanks to the help of a lady (I think from the service) who gave us a slice of frozen cake. Ah, the receptionist wanted us to pay the tourist tax in the evening since there is no night porter. And ********** sells this as a 4 Star hotel? Terrible experience. Never

Friendly staff Clean room despite the appearance of a few animals…. Very noisy whether at night (right in the center and poorly isolated) or in the morning with the cleaning ladies. Simple but decent breakfast. Right in the center with plenty of restaurants nearby and free parking not far away

We booked this hotel for our first night in Sardinia. We arrived just after the airport. The hotel is fine if you are for a first night but the only downside is that there is a lot of noise at night as it is on a busy street in the city center, content of cleanliness and the professionalism of the people I still recommend it
