We booked one night stay at this beautiful hotel, our room was very big and comfortable, with a small balcony, even though it was on the ground floor. Breakfast was good, with a limited options, a lady was very friendly and caring as my friend was not feeling well in the morning. Location is very good close to station and city centre.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per trascorrere un paio d’ore di relax nella Spa, era tutto molto pulito e la Signora che ci ha accolto nella Spa è stata molto cordiale. All’interno c’era un chiasso assurdo di persone che urlavano tutto il tempo sia nella vasca idromassaggio che nella sauna e zona relax. Persone con costumino e ciabatte di plastica all’interno della sauna! Nessuno del personale si è avvicinato durante la nostra permanenza per effettuare un controllo. All’uscita della Spa la signorina più giovane ci ha chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene, come se avesse una voce registrata infatti alla nostra risposta negativa ha detto : ah ok mi dispiace, con tanta noncuranza . Alla nostra domanda sui massaggi ci ha risposto che facevano massaggi di varia durata senza spiegare la tipologia del massaggio ed eventuali benefici in modo da coinvolgere l’ospite. Una Spa in mezzo al chiasso non penso piaccia a nessuno ! Speriamo in un miglioramento per la prossima volta.

Good stay overall. Only grumble was that the receptionist said we should have pre-booked the parking space and we had not been notified of this. However there were spaces available for a small charge €5.
Also the spa access is at a charge of €20 per person, again, not made clear when booking. Otherwise all good and great location for out of season stay.

Chambre très bien mais très humide (le SPA est très mal isolé du reste de l'hôtel donc on ressent l'humidité dès qu'on entre dans le hall). Malheureusement la clim était figée en mode hiver malgré les 25 degrés extérieur donc on n'a pas pu baisser la chaleur et assécher l'air, il a fallu aérer en permanence.
Petit déjeuner avec du choix mais pas de grande qualité.
Personnel très gentil et serviable mais on a eu une surprise car pendant notre privatisation du SPA on s'est retrouvé nez à nez avec un autre couple... ils nous l'ont offert en geste commerciale, mais du coup vérifiez bien avec eux !

Ho apprezzato tutto. I dettagli, l’eleganza e la modernità. La gentilezza del personale e la spa. È semplicemente fantastico ! Un hotel che porta la Sardegna nel futuro. Posizionato in centro ma fuori dalla ztl ha camere spaziose con box doccia grandissimo! Letto super comodo. Ogni mobile ogni quadro tutto di classe

The property was in heart of the Olbia. There were buildings around it that were abandoned. It was very walkable and we enjoyed exploring the city for a night.
