Tramas Hotel & Spa

Very unkind lady at the service desk who did our check in with her fake british accent. I think the manager, with normal clothes, was kind. Breaksfast was good. Hygiene of the rooms not very good. No good cleaning.

We booked one night stay at this beautiful hotel, our room was very big and comfortable, with a small balcony, even though it was on the ground floor. Breakfast was good, with a limited options, a lady was very friendly and caring as my friend was not feeling well in the morning. Location is very good close to station and city centre.

Amazing hotel in every way. The communication before arrival was clear, the greeting on arrival was friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel smelt like a spa as soon as we walked in, so was instantly relaxing. The cleanliness and standard of the hotel is high quality. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The spa was great value and had a selection of jacuzzis, showers, sauna and steam room, a really great experience. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here for 9 days. Room clean and well equipped. Breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel with loads of good quality food and huge choice. Spa was excellent and good value. Staff very friendly throughout even when dealing with other difficult guests. Highly recommend this hotel.

Big clean room with huge balcony and big comfortable bed. Staff are always very friendly.

Unfriendly, unwelcoming staff. Put us in one room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we went back to reception to request a different room, the manager didn't believe us. We had to bring her back across the street and upstairs to prove what we were saying. She immediately agreed that it was "terrible" and got us a new room. In interactions with 4 different staff members, no one was friendly, and in some cases, downright hostile. And no one told us there was a city tax or that there was a fee to park. So when we left early, leaving only our keys (as instructed by the manager), I then get two slightly hysterical phone calls that we didn't pay the city tax (but not saying how much it was) and later, that we didn't pay for parking (again, not saying how much it was). I finally wrote back and asked them to send all additional charges, with the amounts, so that I could pay them... no response. This place is not well run. Would not stay there again, would not recommend.
