The hotel is nothing special, the service is poor, the location is good but in a restricted traffic zone and you have to hope that the hotel declares the license plate to the police so that you don't get fines. It arrived for us two months after the overnight stay, the hotel washed its hands of it nicely, and we spent triple what the room cost us. The way in which the director first promises to absorb part of the fine and then literally disappears is scandalous, more petty behavior is rarely found in a person who holds that role... Avoid it and you will have a more peaceful holiday.

Hotel very well located, in the historic district of the city and close to all amenities (on foot)
We were staying in the brand new part of the hotel. Perfect bathroom and bedding. The room also overlooked the parking lot, which gave us much appreciated peace and quiet.
However, you must make sure to find a way to open the parking door (beep or other) without the risk of getting stuck inside.
