Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati in questo b&b nel 2019. La location è molto carina e facile da raggiungere. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti a braccia aperte da Edoardo che subito ha dato la sua disponibilità per suggerimenti turistici in base a ciò che avremmo voluto fare ed al tempo, abbiamo seguito i suoi consigli e ne siamo rimasti estasiati, ci ha consigliato spiagge e calette nei dintorni..paradisiaci! In quanti alla camera: pulita, intima, confortevole, dotata di zanzariere ed il bagno è davvero accogliente. L’unica “mezza” pecca è stata la colazione fatta di prodotti confezionati, ma nulla che possa farci rimpiangere il nostro soggiorno, anzi appena possibile ci torneremo

Affittacamere molto curato con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito sulla strada di fronte (poco trafficata) vicinanza a punti di servizio come supermercati bar ristoranti e farmacie Non vicinissimo al centro di Olbia ma comodo come snodo per visitare altre location. Mi accodo a quello che descrivono la maggior parte delle recensioni, il vero punto di forza è il proprietario Edoardo, veramente gentile e disponibile. Complimenti, Consigliato!

Sono stata solo una notte in questo b&b. La stanza è pulita e confortevole, bagno nuovo .
Tutto ok, unica nota negativa la colazione. C'era a disposizione degli ospiti una macchinetta x il caffe con le cialde e niente più , solo su richiesta croissants confezionati.

Malgré un hôte sympathique et disponible, le séjour n'était pas à la hauteur de son appréciation : pas d'information sur le wifi et sur les volets, pas de gel douche/shampoing, pas de pression dans la douche, et un "Petit déjeuner" très limité, soit disant à cause du covid : un jus et un croissant industriels. Nous étions dans la chambre à côté de la machine à café, nous avons été réveillés par un autre hôte tôt le matin, peu d'isolation avec le couloir.

Posto accogliente e suggestivo ed incantevole, ben oltre le mie aspettative, visto la convenienza economica. Proprietario attento e meticoloso, dall’accoglienza fino al check-out. Struttura situata nei pressi del porto con accesso facilitato ad ogni attività presente ad Olbia. Struttura in ottimo stato e consigliata.

Un' ottima scelta, il luogo è a neanche 20 min a piedi dal centro, vicino ha fermate del bus, ristoranti, tabacchini e supermarket, in una zona tranquilla. La stanza è moderna e molto confortevole (asciugacapelli incluso). Il proprietario, Edo, è disponibilissimo e gentile, lo si capisce subito, ad esempio acevamo bisogno di un noleggio scooter e alcune info e lui ha fatto veramente di tutto per aiutarci, ľ ultimo giorno eravamo in super ritardo per il volo e in pichi minuti, grazie al suo intervento, abbiamo trovato un taxi. Ľ unica cosa che potrei contestare è, penso per regole di convivenza, che non si può utilizzare né la doccia né il condizionatore dopo le 22 ma non è un problema enorme. Luogo più che consigliato.
