Good hotel, a bit dated but great location and very helpful staff. Great views from the terrace. If you want to use spa, have to pay additionally.

Excellent hotel with a very good location, with an impressive penthouse! Very attentive staff. Spacious room, good bed and pillows. My room also had a nice terrace. I recommend the hotel, it meets all the requirements.

È un Hotel da 3 stelle! L'hotel è situato nei pressi di una ztl, il che lo rende un po' scomodo per raggiungere l'ingresso e lasciare i bagagli con l'auto, questo perché il parcheggio è molto distante in un'area a a parte. Se la sera arrivi tardi, il parcheggio è full e sei costretto a cercarne uno a pagamento (la prima sera ho impiegato almeno 30 minuti per trovarlo). Il parcheggio anche se è diviso da una sbarra risulta insicuro. Il receptionist della notte è stato un po' scortese e irritato quando gli abbiamo chiesto di aiutarci con i bagagli, e anche quando gli abbiamo detto che non c'era posto nel parcheggio. Il resto del personale è sempre stato cortese e gentile.

Perfect location in the old town with cobbled pedestrian streets below yet peaceful, quiet rooms and not noisy outside anyway. Very close to the main square of the old town and lots of restaurants very nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast offered lots of choice, especially of the pastries/tarts. There was even tiramisu one morning! Cooked was bacon, eggs, tomatoes. Healthy there was yogurt, cereal, fruit cocktail, whole fruit and boiled eggs. Also continental breakfast hams, cheeses, tomatoes. The rooftop seating area was good and popular with lots of different areas to sit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bellissima esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Situato nel centro di Olbia, praticamente puoi godere di vari vantaggi data la vicinanza alle vie del centro ricche di negozi e locali. Parcheggio hotel vicinissimo alla struttura. Colazione abbondante. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per addio al nubilato, nella bellissima e pulita suite con vasca idromassaggio, bella vista mozzafiato. Relax e personale gentilissimo super super disponibile, dalla receptionist sino ad arrivare al proprietario che si è preso cura di noi, risolvendo anche al volo un piccolo problema tecnico. Ci hanno anche indirizzato ai migliori ristoranti dove mangiare con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Top!! Vi faremo nuovamente visita! Percorribilità a piedi facilissimo da raggiungere.. a pochi passi dal centro storico di Olbia e dalle principalissime vie della movida. Parcheggio riservato a pochi passi dalla struttura.

It is a nice hotel generally in a great location - directly downtown with restaurants and shops around.
What made the stay not so nice is that we had to search for someone during breakfast time to get another coffee. Also generally there were only two people in this hotel who smiled and were very welcoming. With all others you get the impression they are unhappy and it comes across quite unfriendly.
The fitness center is not usable - almost everything is very outdated and broken (it is safe to run outside around the port and marina though).
