Todo excelente. Total predisposición hacia el huésped, todo el personal super atento a cualquier pregunta . El Sr. Luca es un número uno a l igual que su compañero de recepción. Desayuno variado y abundante. Espacios amplios y cómodos. Sin duda volveré Colonna Palace Hotel de Via Montello. Muy recomendable.

Very dated hotel: fixtures and furniture from the 70s, very poor maintenance, air conditioning from the 90s, just enough cleanliness: hair on the floors and in the bathroom, stained shower curtain, broken and stained toilet seat, shower with fixed shower head without latch and hot water supply mixed with cold drops, bed covering fabric with very obvious stains that could not have been missed by those who look after the rooms, dirty and worn switches, intermittent internet. There is a minibar and a flat-screen TV in the room. The breakfast could have saved the overall experience but instead the coffee is miserable: the machine only dispenses instant coffee and powdered milk like a common vending machine: in a hotel this is unacceptable; all different crockery, thirty years old, teapots without lids, tablecloths with clear traces of crumbs and icing sugar from the previous days, food of very poor quality and quantity, almost no choice, the worst way to start the day. The signs prohibiting guests from taking food to consume outside the breakfast room are creepy as it's all really unappealing discount store stuff; even the fruit has been gone for weeks... The internal parking has 8 or 9 spaces, that is, it is not guaranteed; the staff is really very kind but this little hotel is not worth the price it costs. You can stay there with dignity but it is a hotel to choose only if you cannot find accommodation elsewhere.

Établissement très bien situé, proche du centre ville. Hôtel,certes vieillissant, mais très bien tenu. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, literie impeccable. Personnel chargé de l'accueil et celui du restaurant très sympathiques et à l'écoute des clients. Bons petits dejeuners. Une mention particulière au gérant, parlant très bien le français pour la pertinence de ses conseils concernant les sites à visiter . Autre point positif : la place de parking en face de l'hotel.

Sicuramente non un hotel da 4 stelle. Ho scoperto , confrontandomi con l’altra coppia di amici in viaggio con me, che ci sono tipologie di camere standard diverse. Quella della coppia di amici era nuova e ben curata, la mia purtroppo non era minimante vicina a quella degli amici. Era datata, con moquette con scarsa pulizia, la tavoletta del wc che non rimaneva alzata, vasca scrostata ecc.. Le uniche cose positive,per quello che mi riguarda, è stata l’Accoglienza, la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale, la posizione centrale e la disponibilità del parcheggio gratuito difronte all'albergo.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet établissement. Réservation avec du mal car c'était écrit mini 3 nuits. Sans doute lié au festival qui avait lieu jusqu'au 15 août. Je trouve que soit le prix est un peu trop élevé pour l'etat des chambres, soit de revoir les tarifs. Déjà été dans des établissements avec moins d'étoiles et moins cher, et c'était mieux. De plus, attention à l'horaire du petit déjeuner. Vous ne pouvez pas vous servir seul. La personne fait le tour à 9h55 pour vous préciser que ça ferme dans quelques minutes.
