Everything excellent. Total predisposition towards the guest, all the staff super attentive to any question. Mr. Luca is a number one just like his reception partner. Varied and abundant breakfast. Large and comfortable spaces. I will definitely return to Colonna Palace Hotel on Via Montello. Highly recommended.

Very dated hotel: fixtures and furniture from the 70s, very poor maintenance, air conditioning from the 90s, just enough cleanliness: hair on the floors and in the bathroom, stained shower curtain, broken and stained toilet seat, shower with fixed shower head without latch and hot water supply mixed with cold drops, bed covering fabric with very obvious stains that could not have been missed by those who look after the rooms, dirty and worn switches, intermittent internet. There is a minibar and a flat-screen TV in the room. The breakfast could have saved the overall experience but instead the coffee is miserable: the machine only dispenses instant coffee and powdered milk like a common vending machine: in a hotel this is unacceptable; all different crockery, thirty years old, teapots without lids, tablecloths with clear traces of crumbs and icing sugar from the previous days, food of very poor quality and quantity, almost no choice, the worst way to start the day. The signs prohibiting guests from taking food to consume outside the breakfast room are creepy as it's all really unappealing discount store stuff; even the fruit has been gone for weeks... The internal parking has 8 or 9 spaces, that is, it is not guaranteed; the staff is really very kind but this little hotel is not worth the price it costs. You can stay there with dignity but it is a hotel to choose only if you cannot find accommodation elsewhere.

Very well located establishment, close to the city center. Hotel, certainly aging, but very well maintained. Spacious room, very clean, impeccable bedding. Reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive to customers. Good breakfasts. A special mention to the manager, speaking French very well for the relevance of his advice concerning the sites to visit. Another positive point: the parking space in front of the hotel.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I discovered, by comparing myself with the other couple of friends traveling with me, that there are different types of standard rooms. The one of the couple of friends was new and well cared for, unfortunately mine was not even close to that of my friends. It was dated, with poorly cleaned carpets, a toilet seat that didn't stay up, a peeling tub, etc. The only positive things, as far as I'm concerned, were the welcome, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the location central and the availability of free parking in front of the hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this establishment. Reservation with difficulty because it was written minimum 3 nights. No doubt linked to the festival which took place until August 15. I find that either the price is a little too high for the condition of the rooms, or I need to review the rates. Already been to establishments with fewer stars and cheaper, and it was better. In addition, pay attention to the breakfast schedule. You can't help yourself. The person comes around at 9:55 a.m. to tell you that it closes in a few minutes.
