Bad experience! The toilet can’t flushed! And no body help . But finally change room but it take almost 2 hours communication!

Ended up going there after a missed flight.... I had a nice and pleasant stay....Cheena at reception was very helpful and nice....Amenities are up to par.... The room was neat and clean.....The location seems convenient.....

Needed a place to stop for the night after a long international flight. The hotel is clean, the rooms are updated, and the staff is friendly. In particular, Carlos in the club lounge was fantastic, and the breakfast was great (lots of options!). Thanks!

I had to extend my stay a night due to a snow storm at home in Maine. The staff was efficient and courteous in their help keeping me in the same room despite an eventful weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. I am very appreciative and happy with my stay. A repeat customer here. Thank-you!

Breakfast lounge was excellent and Carlos was amazing. He is a great employee. He really enjoys what he does and cares about the guest. If there was more employees like him throughout businesses I might come out of retirement. I have travelled for work for over 20 years and he is one of the best.

Stay far away from this place. The alarm in the room went off for 2 hours straight. There was also contractors above our room pounding doing work. Lastly the power in the building was out for 12 hours and i could not charge my phone or watch tv. After speaking with front desk and corporate, they denied my request for a refund smh.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and false advertising on the reservation details based on my booking through the Marriott app. The literal room reservation and associated details say that I have club lounge access but during my stay, I am denied access. The front desk gives me attitude when I mention this to them and start helping another customer during the beginning of my conversation with them. Poor explanation, poor attitude, and false advertisement from the hotel. Never returning.

The toilet wasn't working and had to call maintenance who said he fixed only but didn't.
