Great room and wonderful view on the ocean. Breakfast option were lovely and service exceptional. We go there twice a year and we love it soo much. Definitely a place to go. Personal are so kind and the amenities are comfortable. If you like a nice walk on the beach, this is the place to go!

There is no bad time to be at the coast!!! Staying at Alouette in March was super easy, warm, cozy. Alouette is one of the few hotels open year round in Old Orchard. We love that we were upgraded to a large suite with excellent views of the ocean the moment we woke up. It was a super cozy, warm, spacious suite. There was on site breakfast which was complimentary this time of year; staff were dressed up for St. Patrick's and were super energized and fun. We have stayed at Alouette several times before. It never disappoints!!!

Awesome customer service, the beach webcam was also a terrific touch giving us an idea of how busy the beach was and that state of the water! Lovely place even when tourism is supposed to be "high", still felt private and first class. 10/10 will be back next year if not sooner. Thank you Alouette!

Worst place I have ever stayed 8/22 still trying to get a refund. Filthy dirty and no power. They need to up date web page as what rooms really look like. Do yourself a favor and save your money go somewhere else. Not worth trying to deal with Mr. Kennedy, he got his money.

I enjoyed this little gem on the beach even though it was winter.I stayed because our new house was being worked on and was one of a few hotels still open in the off season. The room was comfortable with a small kitchen and sitting area. In the morning I ate in their small restaurant , the food was fine the price was right. I would recommend Alouette to anyone visiting OOB.

The accommodations were amazing especially in light of the fact that a member of our party is an amputee. The cafe food and service was superior to most hotels in the area. Old Orchard Beach is astounding, even in January! We will definitely return.

It was lovely in an old broken down old beach house kind of way. Like the places we stayed as kids. I loved it, but it could have been a lot nicer. The floor was peeling up. Mattresses really old and worn. But location is nice and the beach vibe was good. Staff helpful and friendly. Very expensive for what it is, but most things are these days.

My recent stay at this beach resort was simply fantastic. The staff's warm welcome and genuine friendly. From useful information to their hospitality was exceptional. Beyond the welcoming staff, the resort itself is a clean peaceful haven with stunning beach views. What's more, their on-site cafe served up delightful treats, and the complimentary breakfast provided added convenience and an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Perfect for those seeking relaxation and genuine hospitality. This beach resort offers a memorable seaside getaway with outstanding service. Highly recommended for a refreshing retreat.
