One or the best hotels in the worlds. No doubt! Services and facilities are simply impeccable. After staying here I don’t ever want to go back to the hotels in London.

We had the best time of our lives, we enjoyed our lunch me and the girls enjoyed the food and the customer service was amazing … Alden and Joan did a good job they went above and beyond in making sure we had an amazing experience .. the place is beautiful I loved it

We had a great time at Fairmont Windsor Park. Everyone was so pleasant, especially Ana, she was the best barista ever. The hotel and grounds were exquisite. A short cab ride to Windsor Castle topped off the trip. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to visit this special town again.

The Hotel and staff are first class. We stayed here for my mother's 70th birthday and they couldn't do enough for us and to make her feel special. We ate in the Moorish Restaurant and the food was excellent, with a good selection of food both for the children and adults.

I've stayed at this hotel before. This is my third time, and I have to say it's been the best. From the moment I checked in, it has been great. Kids recieved free cuddly toys. They had their own robes and slippers which they enjoyed. We recieved free treats with a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. House keeping were fantastic with their turn down service, and treats. Staff were kind warm and welcoming. Rooms were immaculate and pool area was refreshing.

The service was absolutely exceptional. We were attended to with great care (especially from Pardeep). The food was sensational and the environment was so warm and welcoming. The also had a variety of options on the menu, including non alcoholic beverages. Would 100% recommend.

The hotel and surroundings are super elegant, classy, modern and well maintained. Service and staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The best part of the hotel is for sure the spa with jacuzzi, steam room, indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, shower experience and more. We had dinner at Moreish restaurant (others were fully booked apparently) where we were served by Pardeep who was really attentive. What's a bit shocking is that we were asked to put on hold £600 as a deposit for 1 night stay. It took 5 days for this amount to be removed from pending transactions. I think the hotel should rethink the its deposit policy as this may put people off.
