I was pleasantly surprised-new, clean, good breakfast and coffee, lots of towels, microwave and fridge in the room, free parking. I would definitely come back.

Clean and very pet friendly hotel. Room was perfect for our family of 4 + big dog. Breakfast was delicious every morning and check out was a breeze.

Generally, a mediocre stay. Our bathroom door broke and we had to call the staff to rescue our child out of the bathroom. Our mini fridge also did not keep our leftovers cold and we woke up to a stinky fridge in the morning. The pool was clean and my kids enjoyed swimming. The beds were comfortable, but the road noise and wind noise kept us from sleeping well.

There was something sticky on our room floor, something gross on the ceiling and something gross on the wall beside the toilet.
The staff was excellent.

The hotel is relatively new and very clean. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. It was very quiet! We would happily stay there again should we find ourselves back in Olean.

The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional. The choices for the breakfast were excellent. Having access to hot beverages 24 hrs was a welcome bonus.
