Magnificent stay for 3 nights. Warm & welcoming stay by the owners. We loved the open kitchen throughout the day - so nice to be able to come back after sightseeing to make a cup of tea and have a slice of fabulous homemade cake. The location is about 5 minutes from central Olhao but lovely off the beaten track bars, and restaurants. Highly recommend

If you are looking for a wonderful, authentic stay in a lovely Portugese town, Guest Mar is the place. You will open the door to beautifully finished stairs and a completely stocked breakfast room. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is a lovely spread but, most of all, the host is worth the whole visit. He told us where to travel, all the best spots to stop at in the Algave, where to dine, not to forget the market on Saturday and we just loved him and wished he could travel with us! We missed him when we left! It might look out of the way but, you’ll see.. here are the quiet, cobblestone streets and little shops and river walkway that you are looking for!!! Thank you, Geral.. you were wonderful

I just have to admit, that this place is extraordinary. The staff are more than helpful, even if you arrive very late, after the reception has closed. The room was clean, cozy and nice. Not too much or to little at breakfast. Just as you want it to be. They actually offered to make us breakfast to go since we left very early. I'm staying here next time I go to the Algarve region.

Our stay at Guest Mar was an absolute delight from start to finish! We can't say enough good things about this place.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable to ensure our stay was perfect, and provide great insights to the area.
The room itself was perfect, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail was evident, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep.
One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breakfast! Fresh fruit, local cakes, hard boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, fresh meat, and cheeses. All served at the quaint and charming dining area. Amazing!
The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the Algarve and stunning views from the rooftop terrace.
Overall, we had a memorable stay at Guest Mar, and we can't wait to return. If you're looking for a top-notch B&B experience with impeccable service, this is the place to stay! Obigada!!

Séjour parfait. On est accueilli comme la maison et malgré la barrière de la langue. Cette maison contient tout ce qu'il faut. Chambre propre et confortable, petit déjeuné top, terrasse ensoleillée, hotes très gentils. Nous avons vu encore profiter de la maison après le check out (toilette. Salle de bain, terrasse, cuisine) Nous reviendrons certainement !!Merci beaucoup. Claire et Mathilda

Bellissimo b n’ b splendidamente ristrutturato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Colazione ottima e abbondantissima. Joao è sempre stato disponibilissimo, anche Ricardo e Katia ci hanno fatto sempre sentire a casa. Consigliato a tutti, anche a chi normalmente non andrebbe in un b n’ b.
