A very normal hotel, nothing that prevents you from being comfortable and comfortable but without luxuries

I've been to much better 2-star spaces. The space itself is excellent, the location too, however there is a huge lack of management monitoring. Dead indoor plants with lack of water, Only one working elevator, Rated breakfast buffet, Broken air conditioning in the room, Refrigerator in the room with a noise much above average, Rusty microwave, Weak and lukewarm shower water, no heat, toilet cistern broken and no staff to fix it, garden area neglected for too long, swimming pools in need of renovation, holes everywhere, dilapidated playground (to be nice, as it almost looked like it was taken from a horror film), area tennis court... it has seen better days, even the net was broken and half on the ground. Cleaning ladies, the maids were very friendly, as were the couple who accompanied us at the Buffet, but the receptionists I came across (there were 3 in 5 days) were very unfriendly and without the slightest concern for the well-being of the customers.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Starting with 1 room with used and dirty sheets on the beds, broken extractor fan, sockets ripped from the wall without AC and a lot of dirt on the furniture and floor. After complaining, they gave another room that was a little better, at least the beds looked like they were washed. We were in the apar**ent for 5 days without the floor ever being even swept. The AC doesn't work at all and they gave two fans to make up for it. The shower couldn't be hung, so we had to take a shower holding the shower. Lack of bath towels. There is only one elevator with some problems, meaning we walk up the stairs most of the time. There was a power outage at least 3 times. The room key card demagnetizes and we have to go to reception to activate it without confirming whether we belong to the room we say we are. Some of the dishes were dirty and the cutlery they had was dessert cutlery, which was useless. Very poor reception service, one of the people I met didn't even want to know if I was talking or not. Swimming pool and common toilets are chaos. In the pool, it was noticeable that the water did not even circulate the sun loungers, many black and uncomfortable spots. I didn't notice that it was a good space for a family, much less for small children. I don't recommend it at all to anyone, it ends up being expensive for what they offer.

Everything dirty, old and worn out. Cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, stains on sofas, walls, doors, switches, tables (it seems they don't clean them). The bathtub sank when you got in, the bottom was painted with plastic paint and had silver tape (see photo ). They only provide two towels, for everything and everyone, it doesn't matter if there are 4 of you, not even one for your hands, just two medium-sized ones. They don't leave gel.

To classify this venture as weak is to be sympathetic. No air conditioning (we had to sleep on the balcony every night despite the extreme heat inside!!) There is a fan…. (tired… poor thing, 4th gear is as good as 1st…) Unfriendly staff Breakfast €8 is a steal! They “say” they have an iron (from what I understand there are 3 irons for around 130 apar**ents) and a hairdryer (they don’t have one!) The only positive thing is the spacious rooms. However, in urgent need of renovation. The bedroom window only opened part of the way, the tiles were broken, the bathtub seemed to “give in” under our weight, there was no plug for a hairdryer in the bathroom (but it’s not necessary either as it doesn’t have one) For the 90s they were good . The cheerfulaway group has a terrible score in all its ventures, now we understand why... I won't be back, even if it's funny!
