Very nice trip especially my son likes the water park in this hotel very much will come back next time if there is a chance but the check in is a bit slow Need efficient working front desk

Very good facilities, suitable for the whole family to go together! The worst part: enter the room at 3pm! It seems too late for me!

Inmiddels de derde keer dat wij verbleven bij Alfagar, dit keer niet in Alfagar Village maar Alto da Colina uitgeprobeerd. We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Hadden een 1 slaapkamer appartement geboekt zonder zeezicht. Bij aankomst zulke vriendelijke, meedenkende staff. Kwamen vroeg aan met twee vermoeide kinderen (9 en 8 jaar). Onze kamer was nog niet klaar. Staff deed de extra moeite om een kamer te regelen die wel klaar was. We waren heel blij verrast dat we een geweldige kamer kregen met een extra slaapkamer voor onze kinderen, die daardoor niet meer op een bedbank hoefden. Verblijf was geweldig. De keuze uit tig zwembaden, geen enkele geluidsoverlast oid, vriendelijk personeel. We hebben met volle teugen genoten en raden het zeker aan!

Superb hotel complex, peak season to visit because few people. Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We really had a good time. I could give it 5/5 without any problem. But I remain at 4/5 because of the catering part, you have to be there by 7 a.m. otherwise you miss out on good little things. The big downside: paid water at the restaurant is €2.70 per bottle of filtered water, a bit of a mockery of the world. If you don't consume a drink, it's simple, you won't have a drink, if this aspect is really not commercial and it's even frustrating. This point really needs to be revisited.

Second time here, we love it😁 Always friendly staff, it's clean, we have a good time. We will come back 😉

Arrived on April 11, 2024 at the beginning of the afternoon, welcomed by Daniel at reception, very friendly! Room access cards were given to us earlier than expected. We stayed in room 408, it was huge! Very quiet hotel, very clean, not very far from the city center of Albufeira. Regarding meals, we had half board. Very plentiful morning breakfast, croissants, pain au chocolat, etc.... and the super good pasteis de nata!!!! Evening meal also, frankly not possible to complain because I have already traveled a lot and the buffets were not as good. When it comes to desserts, honestly, this restaurant delivers. Tastes and flavors are there. The lady in the kitchen for the evening meal was very pleasant and attentive, too bad I didn't meet her on the last evening of my stay, she was probably on leave... I greet her in passing. I will return to this hotel with my eyes closed, at the same time and in room 408 of course!!!
